Teen Cuisine


Teen Cuisine is currently on break due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will resume the program once it’s safe to gather again in-person.

Teen Cuisine is a weekly culinary skills program where teens get hands-on experience with creating a complete meal. We focus on kitchen/food safety, knife skills, following recipes, common cooking techniques, and examining the importance of choosing unprocessed foods for a healthy life. They learn and practice cooking skills that can be used in their everyday lives, giving them the confidence to excel at this important life skill.

Teens also have the opportunity to earn their Oregon food handlers card for free at the Teen Center!
